Case Management Overview
This program is intended for those individuals working in the Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Fields

Upon the completion of the program the participants will be able to:
Participants will discuss the structure of the state drug and alcohol program in Pennsylvania.
Participants will recognize how to apply the trans-theoretical model of change to case management.
Participants will examine and able to apply safety guidelines when working off site.
Participants will practice listening and communication skills.
Participants will discuss appropriate case management skills when interviewing clients.
Participants will recognize ethical guidelines and codes of conduct and practice application during small group discussion.
