The process of co-sponsoring an event should begin in the formative stages of planning the program. However, we must receive the application no later than 90 days prior to the event. On the next page, you may upload a copy of the program evaluation and current curriculum vitae which must accompany this application in order for it to be reviewed. If you do not have all of the documentation ready at this time, you may submit your application now and upload the documents later. PSI maintains responsibility for the program and its content.

All promotional materials must contain a cancellation & refund policy and it must contain the following statement: This program is sponsored by Preferred Systems, Inc. (PSI) and (Name of “partner” sponsor). PSI is approved by the (the specific certification/accreditation board) to sponsor Continuing Education (CE) for (that profession).
